fix(myorg-assistant): pin cronjob images to working registry tag

CronJobs referenced bare image 'myorg-assistant:latest' which cannot be
pulled, causing all scheduled jobs to sit in ImagePullBackOff.
Pin to the same image used by the Deployment.
